It’s an exceedingly demanding role running a business, regardless of the passion and perseverance you have, so use this opportunity to take a breather. Appreciate the work you’ve done over the past year, make some more time for friends and family, and start 2013 refreshed and ready to go again.
And if 2012 was overwhelming, review your workforce to see where you might get some help in the year ahead. Make sure your time is still focussed on growing the business and consider outsourcing whatever’s stopping you from being of even more value to your business.
